Welcome to SingleHunt and the Crosspath™ dating experience (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SingleHunt, Inc. (“SingleHunt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using SingleHunt, you represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 18, (b) are legally able to enter into a binding contract, (c) are not a convicted sex offender, (d) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service, and (e) will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Your Account
Registration
To use most features you must create an account using a phone number and complete identity and profile verification steps as we may require from time to time. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
Security
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@singlehunt.com of any unauthorized access.
One person, one account
You may not maintain more than one account, impersonate another person, or transfer your account to anyone else.
3. The Crosspath™ Experience
SingleHunt is a location-aware dating service that helps real people meet in real places. The Crosspath™ feature surfaces other members whose paths cross or have crossed yours in the physical world, subject to your privacy settings and granted permissions. Matching, chat, and related features are provided on an “as available” basis and may change over time.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the photos, text, audio, and other content you submit, post, or display through the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant SingleHunt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., format and resize), create derivative works of, display, and distribute your User Content for the limited purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other person;
- Solicit money, sexual services, or commercial transactions from other members;
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise unlawful content;
- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your age, or use AI-generated imagery without disclosure;
- Upload viruses, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose, advertising, or recruitment without our prior written consent;
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
6. Safety & Real-World Meetings
SingleHunt does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. Always meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts. If you ever feel unsafe, contact local authorities and report the incident to support@singlehunt.com.
7. Subscriptions, Purchases & Refunds
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (collectively, “Premium Features”). Pricing and benefits are presented at the point of sale. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your platform’s subscription settings (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
8. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and using SingleHunt, you agree that SingleHunt may send you SMS text messages related to your account, including phone number verification codes, login codes, security alerts, account notifications, and support-related messages.
SingleHunt SMS messages are used for account and service-related purposes. We do not use SMS messages to send third-party marketing or promotional messages without your separate consent.
Message frequency may vary based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from SingleHunt. After you reply STOP, we may send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from SingleHunt unless you opt in again.

You represent that the phone number you provide to SingleHunt is your own number and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages at that number. If you change or deactivate your phone number, you agree to update your account information promptly.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent to receive SMS messages from SingleHunt is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Email Communications
By creating an account, providing your email address, or using SingleHunt, you agree that SingleHunt may send you emails related to your account and use of the service. These emails may include account verification, login or security alerts, account updates, match or activity notifications, support responses, policy updates, and other service-related communications.
Some emails are necessary to provide and secure the SingleHunt service, and you may not be able to opt out of essential account, security, legal, or transactional emails while your account remains active.
We may also send promotional or marketing emails about SingleHunt features, updates, offers, or events where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us at support@singlehunt.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not stop essential account, security, legal, or transactional emails.
You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and up to date. SingleHunt is not responsible for missed notices or account issues caused by an outdated or incorrect email address.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and Sections 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 will survive.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, THE ACCURACY OF PROFILES, OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY MATCH OR INTERACTION.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINGLEHUNT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SingleHunt and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You and SingleHunt each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@singlehunt.com.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
